Return Policy

Products offered by IhndiFolks Fusion are produced by traditional designers and craftsmen mostly by hands. These craftsmen have mastered this art over the generations. As the products are handmade, despite similar design, every product may look different from one another but therein lays its beauty & uniqueness of every piece. Sometimes the actual product may slightly vary from the images as seen on website. Sometime the actual colours may also differ slightly depending on your computer, laptop, mobile, tablet screen and its intrinsic and extrinsic lighting conditions. All the products are checked against any manufacturing defect before dispatching the orders. Hence Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or if you received incorrect product. We promise full refund for the item.If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please initiate the return of the unused item with tags and labels within 2 days of receipt. You can initiate the returns by contacting us and sending the photographs via email at ihndifolks@gmail.com, or via Whatsapp at +91-6394719715. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 7-10 business days from the date we receipt of item, for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank). Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
